COMELEC Chairman Garcia Meets Readers at Magazine Signing in SM Mall of Asia

Pasay City, Philippines — Readers and supporters of leadership and public service gathered at National Book Store for a special magazine signing event featuring George Erwin Mojica Garcia, Chairman of the Commission on Elections, and Glenda V.
