SM CITY BALIWAG, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES COLLECT RIVER WASTE IN CELEBRATION OF INT’L COASTAL CLEANUP DAY

In observance of the International Coastal Cleanup Day, SM City Baliwag, in collaboration with government agencies and institutions, participated in a cleanup drive along the Angat River trench located between Barangay Tibag and Barangay Poblacion, at Baliwag City in Bulacan. As part of their commitment to promoting cleaner water bodies, SM City Baliwag volunteers, including the mall’s security force, collected waste along the Angat River trench at Baliwag City in Bulacan.  Organized by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), the activity aims to increase awareness on the importance of proper waste disposal and the role of the community in the protection and conservation of wetland areas.
