SM Bulacan Malls Mark National Flag Day, Signal Start of Patriotism Season Until June 12

BULACAN, Philippines — With flags raised and hearts full of pride, SM malls across Bulacan joined the country in commemorating National Flag Day on May 28 — a meaningful start to the two-week countdown to Philippine Independence Day on June 12. At exactly 8:00 a.m., simultaneous flag-raising ceremonies were held at SM City Marilao , SM City Baliwag , and SM Center Pulilan . The morning observance gathered mall employees, partner agencies, tenants, and security personnel in a unified tribute to the Philippine flag — the enduring symbol of the country’s freedom, unity, and identity. Shoppers and guests also paused to reflect on the flag’s legacy and meaning.
