Amare by Chris: A Wonderful Food Experience

Amare by Chef Chris brings the classic Italian Cuisine at Royce Hotel and Casino in Clark, Pampanga. Located in the heart of Culinary Capital of the Philippines. The menu varies from Continental to Filipino and Italian dishes. The menu also includes Vegetarian options too. Speaking with the food I’ve tried, the specialty of Chef Kristine which is Rollizza (pizza in which you will just roll it together with Arugula) is match made in heaven. We were served the Amare Rollizza and the favorite of everyone - Jonathan which is black truffle enticed cheese sauce with gargonzola served with chili honey on the side. That's what makes Rollizza unique. Ten out of ten. The salads are tasty especially the Salad Kristine, all fresh. However, what caught my attention is the Risotto Yel, I love the subtle combination of flavors with chicken liver. It also consists of snow peas, fresh mushroom slices and fresh basil.
